WREC held its Gloving Orientation, providing our Apprentice Linemen (in the gloving program) with the opportunity to practice and refine their skills before taking their gloving test. Each apprentice is paired with a seasoned Journeyman, who offers guidance and education on various tasks and skills in a controlled environment. This program is incredibly beneficial in preparing them for the gloving test, ensuring they are well-equipped and confident.
