Electronic Fund Transfer "EFT"

Electronic Fund Transfers can only be accomplished with banks in the United States

A Quick and Simple Way to Pay Your Electric Bill!

When you sign up, you authorize your bank to allow Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc. “WREC” to deduct your monthly electric bill payment from your checking or savings account. Our billing system will assign a payment date (approximately 10 to 15 days after the bill date) or you can select a date within the allowable dates for your billing cycle.

Upon receipt of your request, your banking information will be pre-authorized to ensure an accurate transaction will take place between your bank and the Cooperative. This process can take up to 30 days. Once this process is complete, your bill will indicate the amount and date your payment will be deducted from your bank account.

You can request a hold on the transfer of funds by calling one of our offices at least three days prior to your transfer date.

This service is free from your Cooperative, however, some bank fees may apply.

You may also Print an Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization form and mail to your office with a blank voided check or savings deposit slip.
